With a capital M because they are sourced and selected from certified suppliers. With a capital M because they are treated and processed with care and attention to their characteristics. With a capital M because, skillfully combined, they allow us to offer dishes with full, harmonious, and above all tasty flavors.

Dishes are offered with attention to different needs, with at least one vegetarian option always available, and gluten-free options available upon request.


The Service

Attentive and classy service, also reflected in the design and table setting of our renovated restaurant hall: no tablecloths, only black wood tables, minimalist cutlery and soft lighting, these are just some of the details provided by our service and our maitre d' Francesco.

Imagination is not lacking. Andrea and Catia, with their technique and experience, frequently reinterpret traditional recipes with their own personal touch, all based on one key ingredient: a passion for cooking.


Each dish has a unique and carefully crafted combination of flavors. Any variation compromises the balance of the dish and the final experience. This is why we invite our guests to try and savor our menus as they were created by Chef Andrea. We're confident you won't regret it.


The Wine List

White Blend

The Part - Pinot Grigio

For several decades, Pinot Grigio has become the most popular grape variety in Trentino, though not always with sufficient attention to quality and the terroir's suitability. Despite this "industrial" drift, Pinot Grigio is a highly prized variety, not surprisingly considered a "noble grape" in the renowned Alsace region. Its grapes, when grown on the most suitable soils, yield white wines that balance roundness and freshness, good body and elegance. It has found its home in the sandy soils of the Sarca plain: low yields and meticulous vinification guarantee a wine of the highest quality.

Folada - Nosiola

"La Nosiola" in the Valle dei Laghi; "il Nosiola" in the rest of Trentino: beyond the article, this variety is undoubtedly the one to which Trentino winemakers are most attached. Certainly because it is the only native white grape variety still cultivated, but also because—with its austere and challenging nature, yet capable of opening up and revealing itself over time—it symbolically captures a facet of the character of the inhabitants of this rural land. In the mild, breezy climate of the Valle dei Laghi, Nosiola has found one of its ideal growing environments, so much so that it has become a symbol of the material culture and collective imagination of this land.

San Siro Bianco - Chardonnay

The Pisoni family has been producing this wine for generations, using grapes from vineyards located at 450 meters above sea level on the San Siro hill, near the small Romanesque church of the same name. It is such a refined and distinctive wine that on July 23, 1930, the Bishopric of Trento recognized it as a "Mass Wine" and therefore as a "Genuine Vine Wine produced for the Celebration of the Divine Sacrifice." The Chardonnay expresses itself with balance and elegance, with hints of ripe fruit and a smooth, fresh palate.

White Codecce

After years of winemaking research, the Pisoni family has developed a winemaking method that eliminates the need for added sulfites, while still guaranteeing wines of the highest quality. Codecce takes its name from the vineyard of the same name, nestled on the San Siro hill, perfect for growing white grapes that reach the perfect level of ripeness and aromatic concentration. It is a wine with full, mature, and exotic aromas, and a smooth yet fresh and crisp flavor: a perfect representation of the Valle dei Laghi, an Alpine region with a Mediterranean climate.

Red Grape Variety

San Siro Red

On the hills overlooking the estate is a small Romanesque church dedicated to San Siro, the saint who, as a boy—according to an ancient hagiographic source—carried the baskets of loaves and fish that Jesus later multiplied. The Pisoni family has been producing this wine for over a century, using varietals of French origin that have found the perfect environment in the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi and the clay-rich soils of the Le Part vineyards to produce grapes that reach perfect ripeness every year.

Winemaking After pressing, the grapes remain in contact with their skins for about 10 days. After racking, the wine is aged in barriques and large oak barrels.

Red Hunchback

Teroldego was chosen as the red wine in the "sulphite-free" line: not only because it is the flagship wine of the Trentino tradition, but also for its varietal characteristics, being rich in anthocyanins, natural antioxidants. Thanks to its soft tannins, it lends itself perfectly to vinification and maturation exclusively in stainless steel, which enhances its aromas of berries, strawberries, and black cherries, and makes it a fresh and easy drink.

REBO

Born of the local spirit, Rebo is a cross between Merlot and Teroldego, selected in the early 1950s by Rebo Rigotti, a researcher at the San Michele all'Adige Agricultural Institute, who was born and raised in the Valle dei Laghi. A true "cultural autochthon," it inevitably found its ideal habitat in the land that gave birth to its creator, after whom it takes its name. Rebo is a wine of great structure, rich in color and with sweet tannins, combining the gentleness of Teroldego with the robustness of Merlot. Its characteristics also make it suitable for long bottle aging.
