Winemaking White winemaking with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must in stainless steel. In spring, the wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation and then rests on the lees for at least 30 months. This is followed by riddling and disgorging with the addition of liqueur d'expédition.

Alcohol: 12.50% vol.

Bouquet: intense and varied aromatic, with hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, floral notes and a light touch of bread crust

Taste: its acidity is lively but well-balanced, blending harmoniously with a creamy sensation and persistent freshness.

Perfume: Refined, intense and fruity with aromas of ripe yellow peach, candied orange and brioche bread which blend well with light notes of wood and light hints of yeast.

Light, Fresh, Aromatic

An elegant and harmonious vintage Prosecco, it is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. Pale straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. The nose is clean, with notes of ripe white peach and wisteria. On the palate, it expresses excellent structure and aromatic character. The aftertaste is long and persistent.
